Terms and Conditions for Ludium Music Waitlist Sign-Up

Welcome to the waitlist sign-up for Ludium Music, a forthcoming initiative by Gabriel Lam (the "Developer") to support musicians in their professional and personal well-being. By providing your information to join our waitlist, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Waitlist The waitlists are operated by Gabriel Lam, an individual developing Ludium Music. The purpose of the waitlists is to collect expressions of interest in Ludium Music and to notify you via email about our upcoming launch, general project updates, and related news. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to any purchase or obligation—it simply means you consent to receive information about our project as it develops.

2. Pre-Launch Status Ludium Music is currently in development. The Developer is in the process of formalizing Ludium Music as a legal entity with Companies House. Features, functionality, and availability of any future offerings may change as we develop our platform, and we do not guarantee any specific offerings or timelines at this stage.

3. Data Collection and Your Consent We collect your name and email address when you sign up for the waitlist. By providing this information and indicating your agreement to these T&Cs (for example, by ticking a confirmation box on a sign-up form), you explicitly consent to us processing your name and email address for the purposes outlined in these T&Cs and our Privacy Notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Project Information

Ownership: Ludium Music is a pre-launch project. All concepts, ideas, and tools described or shared in relation to Ludium Music are the proprietary property of Gabriel Lam, who is developing Ludium Music.
Nature of Information: Information shared with waitlist members will be of a general nature regarding the project's mission and progress.

5. Scope of Commitment Joining this waitlist does not create any contractual obligation between you and the Developer or Ludium Music. It does not guarantee access to any specific features, services, or products, nor does it commit you to any future purchase. You are simply expressing interest in receiving updates about our project. Our offerings will evolve based on development progress.

6. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabriel Lam, as the developer of Ludium Music, is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in this waitlist or reliance on general information shared during this pre-launch phase. This waitlist does not constitute an offer of services or a contract for future services.
